its too quiet right now...

It's too quiet right now. Yes its Christmas but it is still to quiet internationally. something is going on, quietly, in the background. it probably centers around North Korea, but it also probably involves other parts of the world. I got a feeling people are talking in closed rooms right now. the outcome is anyones guess, but i do not expect a good resolution. there are simply too many competing interests at stake that cannot be resolved. and america is never going to accept a nuclear North Korea, the American government will find some excuse to escalate this to a war. additionally, trump has made it clear he isnt going to back down, and on this one we should believe him. some very bad stuff is about to go down. people are vaguely aware something is deeply wrong, the problem is they are not aware enough of how wrong it is. you are starting to see stuff openly in the press about how some people in power are well aware that a war with NK will lead to millions of dead and a major depression. some people with some power are actually worried about it. the problem is no where near enough people are worried about it. When this goes down its going to happen very quickly and with little or no warning. most likely some incident on the high seas between NK and SK will escalate into a shooting match. once it starts there wont be any stopping it. NK will end up getting pulverized and will respond with its missiles. the outcome is easy to see, everywhere except in the US. due to American hubris arrogance and stupidity no one really important seems to get it. a war with NK only produces losers. there will be no winners. on the other hand a lot of special interests will profit or think they will profit highly from such a conflict.again due to hubris they overestimate their chances of that. the financial system in the US is badly out of order and a major collapse is coming regardless of what the government throws at the problem. as usual the simple solution is start a war, that will increase spending. its not likely to have the desired outcome this time as any war will be over in a matter of weeks or days or hours. that wont provide any economic boost. the damage from such a war will be so horrendous it will cancel out any gains easily. a few people might make some money most of the " smart money " is going to lose its shirt on this one. if i were in the states id be gettin out or reading survivalist sites. a nuclear strike on the US will lead to a major breakdown in the societal structure there, and the cultural ties that bind Americans are not strong enough to withstand such an event. there will be a catastrophic failure of society as a whole. bitcoin btw will be worthless. it only works when electricity works. anyone loaded up on bitcoin is a total idiot at this point living in a dream world. small denomination gold and silver coins would be a lot smarter. and cigarettes. they always make good currency. like i said its going to be bad when it happens and its going to be quick. brace for impact.
