i havent written much lately because...
because there hasn't really been much important to write about from my perspective. right now people in DC are angling for position; its clear at some point Trumpolini will face serious problems from Müller. also that there will most likely be a military conflict bigger than anything America has experienced since Vietnam, probably since ww2. America continues to come unglued, moreso every day. peoples mood over there is astonishingly bad, worse probably than at the worst point during the Vietnam war. it hasn't bottomed out.
we are seeing lots of craziness: Americans are going bat shit for bit coin, who know nothing about financial speculation: that will crash at some point and they will lose anything. America may well have a meltdown due to a self induced financial crisis, due to the budget limit problems: we are standing on the edge of the cliff.
right now we just have to wait and see what develops. so far there are no good indicators as to what will develop next. its pretty safe to say something will snap by Xmas, def by new years. whether or not that is the key event leading to melt down remains to be seen, but the system is so unstable at this point it cannot last much longer and all it will take is one major shock to the system and it will fall apart.

PS. the Roy Moore thing is all very nice and well, but here is the key fact. only 40% of the eligible voting population voted. 60% did not. most likely because they knew neither party offered them any real choices. so much for a functioning democracy...
